Als zusätzlichen Service stellen wir emobility-Domains und/oder Marken zum Kauf, zur teillizensierten Verpachtung oder als Sacheinlage für eine Beteiligung an der NewCo zur Verfügung.

So der Interessent den Wunsch hat, vermitteln wir des Weiteren eine oder mehrere Domains für die Nutzung durch die SE.

Die Domains könnten www.nortH2sea.com und/oder www.nortH2sea.eu lauten.

Wir liefern also eine north2sea® SE mit den Domains www.nortH2sea.com und/oder www.nortH2sea.eu

Die Nutzung der Domains lst als Pacht, als Kauf oder als Sacheinlage möglich.

Auf weiteren Wunsch melden wir eine Trade mark für die NewCo-SE beim DPMA oder EUIPO an, siehe auch hier.

This SE could be named north2sea® SE and have Hydrogen as its business purpose.

Domains I lease I sale I participation/property contribution etc.

If the interested party desires, we will also arrange for one or more domains to be used for the SE.

The domains could be www.nortH2sea.com and/or www.nortH2sea.eu.

So we deliver a north2sea® SE with the domains www.nortH2sea.com and/or www.nortH2sea.eu.

The use of the domains is possible as lease, as purchase or as contribution in kind.

On further request we will apply for a Trade mark for NewCo-SE at the DPMA or EUIPO, see also here.

The NewCo (shelf company) with H2 domains will only be sold by us if it conducts its business in the hydrogen/hydrogen sector.
