K1SE nutzt diese Domains nicht aktiv für eigene Waren oder Dienstleistungen und bietet sie lediglich als Vorrats-Domains zum Verkauf an. Der Erwerber ist verpflichtet, vor Nutzung eine eigene marken-, namens- und wettbewerbsrechtliche Prüfung durchzuführen und sicherzustellen, dass die geplante Nutzung keine Rechte Dritter verletzt.
